TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promoter
This initiative is run by Blum UK (“the Promoter”). The Promoter’s registered address is Blum UK, Mandeville Drive, Kingston, Milton Keynes MK10 0AW.
Eligibility
This initiative is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Entries must be submitted on behalf of a good cause based in the UK. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this initiative are not eligible to enter. Blum UK reserves the right to filter any application that does not meet the eligibility criteria.
Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must complete the application form and submit a short explanation outlining why their chosen good cause should be selected to receive the £1,500 donation. Only one entry per person/group is permitted unless otherwise stated. Entries must be received by 23:59 PM 30 June 2026. Late or incomplete entries will not be considered.
Donation
Only the nominated cause will receive £1,500 to be used solely for the purpose outlined in the participant’s application, with the donation being paid directly to the named beneficiary. The donation is non-transferable and no alternative will be offered.
Judging Process
Entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter, including at least one independent judge. Entries will be judged based on criteria including community impact, creativity and clarity of need. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Selection and Notification
The successful applicant will be selected within 30 days of the closing date and contacted via the details provided in their entry. If the selected applicant cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative cause or reopen submissions.
Use of Funds
If successful, the nominated cause agrees to use the funds for the purpose described in the selected application. The Promoter may request evidence or updates on how the funds have been used.
Publicity
By entering, participants agree that, if their cause is selected, the Promoter may use their name, submitted story, and any supporting images for promotional and PR purposes, including press releases and social media, without additional compensation. The selected applicant may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity related to the initiative, including a press release following the implementation of the donation. The selected applicant will be asked to seek permission from the Promoter to use marketing materials or collateral for any other use not previously agreed.
Data Protection
Personal data submitted will be used solely for the administration of this initiative and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or other issues outside its control. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this initiative or in connection with the donation, except where caused by negligence.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend this initiative where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
